This connection controls the energy as it flows through your body.

As your mind starts to concentrate on this meditation, let thoughts flow into your mind freely. Do not attempt to empty your mind as this is not part of this type of meditation. What ever thoughts come into your mind let them be and meditate on them whether they’d be of a financial, health, love, or family. Meditate on these thoughts as they pass through your mind and seek solutions to problems, if possible, or simply enjoy the blissful instant when a loving thought enters your mind. As you relax with the sound of the music prepare to repeat the words of the mantra together with the chanter as she repeats this MANTRA each time and, as you chant the words with her concentrate on the meaning of the mantra.

After a number of repetitions, the chanting will pause and while the music is playing you will stop chanting and let your mind’s thoughts flow and if problems arise, attempt to solve them. Similar to the motion of ascending a ladder, your thoughts will reach higher and higher levels. At some point the time, maybe today, possibly tomorrow, you might start to visualize a light….you must imagine this light to be blue pearl floating in the air. Keep the image of this light and continue to meditate.

In the temptation of Jesus Christ by Satan, when asked to bow to the devil, Christ replied, “Man does not live by bread alone by every WORD that is spoken” Every word that is spoken creates reality.

If you were to have a thought that is good or bad about another person, unless you actually speak that thought out in words, the other person will never know what your thoughts are. In other words, your thoughts cannot become reality unless it is formed by words. A word or group of words is the final result from a thought that originates in our consciousness.

Our consciousness creates these thoughts based on our knowledge, our place in space or the universe, how we feel at that moment, which is also based on the kind of food we eat or the amount of stress or relaxation we experience. Imagine for a moment if thoughts were not spoken as words…What would happen to our world. For example: if Bill Gates never expressed his thoughts about computers, there would not be any computers. If Einstein never expressed his thoughts, the world would be missing a lot of modernization today and space travel would not have been possible. Such is the power of words, which the ancient sages of Hinduism refer to as “Mantras.”

Whenever we express bad thoughts the resulting words becomes very damaging to those around us. A simple word by a judge in a court case such as “guilty” can tremendously bring negative experiences to an accused person. Three famous words, “I Love You” can make a difference in a person’s life just as much as the negative words, “I Hate You.” As a result of the power of words, we should be very careful of what we say and how we express our thoughts and feelings in words to others. Good mantras are designed to overcome negative mantras. When desires are realized by the power of words there are mantras that can help to make these very same desires become reality very quickly. Similarly how you can change the whole environment or world around you with words you can also change your life, prosperity, love life and health the same way.

The mantras given here is designed especially to help you strengthen your thoughts and desires so that when they are expressed by words the vibrations of those words will improve the universe around you in a positive way. Place the Shivaling in the tari (pan), with the spout of the Shivaling facing North and yourself facing east, as is indicating in the following picture.

Pour the dhar slowly on the top of the Shivaling and repeat the following mantra at least 27 times OM NAMHA SHIVAYA, before the dhar runs out. At the end of the day, before sunset, throw the dhar onto the roots of a tree near your home.

Note: the Shivaling Pooja must be done only on Tuesday morning. Other mantras, as given by your Guru or teacher can be used.

Even if you supposedly have all the requisites for a happy and successful life, such as beauty, fiends, wealth and success, you still cannot eliminate that nagging insecurity which haunts you in fear of growing old, the fear of death. In times of solitude these fears become living realities and you feel shattered.
Many people have argued that a guru is not necessary, that the real guru is within us. This is true. But how many of us can claim to hear him, understand him, or follow his instructions? In fact, we even tend to doubt his existence. The mental concepts of man are limited and gross; the mind is a tumult of turbulent passions, desires and ambitions. Amidst all this commotion, how is it possible for you to hear the voice of your guru, which is the voice of silence?
You cannot deny that at times you have suffered due to you inability to cope with the circumstances and the cruelties which befall you. You may have enormous wealth, but your poor health does not permit you to enjoy it. You have children, but they fall prey to drugs, schizophrenia and insanity. You have a good job, but you don’t derive the mental satisfaction you are seeking. Or maybe you business is not stable, sometimes the evil and negative influences of an ill-wisher casts a spell on your family. Whichever way you look at it, it seems a losing battle.
You have tried every method to surpass these difficulties, but in vain. You have been to psychiatrists and doctors, even your own efforts have not succeeded. But if you realize that the guru is the simplest remedy for even these afflictions hen you will save yourself a lot of trouble.
The guru is there to take care of your practical as well as spiritual difficulties. He can cure your sickness; his positive influence can eliminate any evil spells that are affecting your life. Your children may not pay heed to your advice but they will surely listen to him. If your business is a t stake, you may consult him about any imminent dangers.
The guru does not exist in the realm of the senses. He has attained psychic vision and his knowledge has advanced beyond the limitations of time and space. He has developed the power of intuition, and therefore he can know your past, present and future. Divine powers work through him and, therefore, association with him always brings you good results.

He is fully aware of the dangers that may befall you, and if you seek his advice, he can warn you well in advance, but, in order to understand him, you must be receptive to his words. You must try to behold an enduring relationship with him, so that, when you need him, he is there to guide and protect you.
